租車最好懂點(diǎn)外語，象我們一點(diǎn)都不懂外語的，確實(shí)沒辦法溝通，不過還好，人家就問需不需要道路救援，我要了，其它租好車，出去時(shí)需出門單，自己不懂沒關(guān)系，把所有單據(jù)給人家就行。
總體服務(wù)不錯(cuò)，取車位置也方便。
價(jià)格比直接在AVIS訂購稍微優(yōu)惠點(diǎn)

The AVIS office at Vancouver Airport were not that friendly and gave me a GPS with problem, i almost got lost on the way from Vancouver to Kelowna, good that finally i fixed it myself.
basically the website is easy to access and use, no comments on Customer Service since no such service involved.
