取車(chē)門(mén)店在火車(chē)站地鐵出口旁邊建筑(頂部有∧∧∧∧形狀)負(fù)一層，很好找；取號(hào)辦理手續(xù)，辦理效率較高，有清晰解釋合同條款，無(wú)強(qiáng)行推銷(xiāo)保險(xiǎn)；辦好手續(xù)后在旁邊停車(chē)場(chǎng)有車(chē)接送取車(chē)(其實(shí)也不遠(yuǎn)，不超過(guò)200米，可能考慮多數(shù)客人有行李)；取車(chē)手續(xù)簡(jiǎn)易，交車(chē)匙告知停車(chē)位自行開(kāi)走；還車(chē)手續(xù)也簡(jiǎn)易，開(kāi)回該公司的停車(chē)位交回車(chē)匙即可，被告知如稍后檢查車(chē)輛發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題將在信用授權(quán)中扣除，個(gè)人認(rèn)為這部分還是雙方共同檢查好再離開(kāi)較好。需要特別注意的是，辦理取車(chē)手續(xù)時(shí)被告知國(guó)際翻譯件不能租車(chē)，但承諾如因此被警察檢查罰款自行承擔(dān)責(zé)任的話(huà)，也可繼續(xù)租用。

There are 4 counters with 2 staff sitting in the counter for chit chatting. Unnecessary wait time for customers.
Very efficient and informative. Received a notification email about the change of return point from zuzuche which is very helpful. Without that email it would be difficult for me to reach to the correct return point.
Room for improvement:
1. Payment in USD was not notified to me to avoid FX charges by credit card; otherwise i would prefer to use CNY to pay via mainland ewallet
2. The speed camera and related speeding penalty could be included in the information pack after booking. As such reminders could help customers to pay attention to the Spanish policy and avoid speeding
