Hertz in Switzerland airport is lier and cheater company，give me good car, but huge penalty after use, rent 2 days, the rental fee is only around 900 rob, but the penalty is 5000 rob, just because almost little things which even cannot be seen, without any standard comments,charged my visa directly!
Don’t rent Hertz car any more in Europe, totally cheater and lied company!!!!

非常好的租租車(chē)服務(wù)！非常棒的Hertz服務(wù)！
我們遲到將近一小時(shí)，租租車(chē)聯(lián)系到之后幫我們延遲，到達(dá)后Herz公司服務(wù)人員很Nice的說(shuō)沒(méi)問(wèn)題，而且還車(chē)還可以延遲一小時(shí)！竟然沒(méi)因?yàn)槲覀冞t到取車(chē)罰款或者嚴(yán)格按預(yù)定時(shí)間還車(chē)。很棒的一次租車(chē)經(jīng)歷，因?yàn)閷?duì)蘇黎世早上的堵車(chē)情況不了解，最后我們還真延后了一小時(shí)換車(chē).....并且還免費(fèi)給我們的車(chē)進(jìn)行了升級(jí).....由手動(dòng)改為自動(dòng).....
