First of all, we asked for two cars that can fit 12 people in each. They have met that expectation but only one of the cars could fold the seats up and had room for luggages. We complained to them and they said that they did what we asked for. Two cars that fits 12people. So do they not expect us to have luggage?
Overall, this has been a really bad experience me and my family expecially when we have kids with us. We are usually quite tolerant and patient but this has gone too far. We have waited a long time and the employee\'s attitude was quite rude and gave of the vibe that he did not care at all, that person\'s name is Manu.

1，取車排長(zhǎng)隊(duì)，一個(gè)工作人員慢慢得處理。終于搞好了，最后說(shuō)鑰匙沒(méi)在柜臺(tái)，等待1h才拿到。
2，取車沒(méi)有人做驗(yàn)車記錄
3，換車做了驗(yàn)車，表示OK后，隔了一周又收到車損報(bào)告。WTF
還在推進(jìn)中，但回復(fù)及時(shí)

最近油價(jià)漲了點(diǎn)……這次實(shí)際租到Isuzu的柴油七人座，一趟來(lái)回差不多耗了半箱油，大概是60多刀澳元
