對Europcar公司非常滿意，但是對Advantage前臺服務(wù)人員非常不滿意，推銷保險，推銷toll pass，強(qiáng)制多買一箱油，各種嚇唬。本身車輛輪胎問題，讓我們負(fù)全責(zé)，最后還是Europcar給圓滿解決的。
解決問題耐心，認(rèn)真，及時，很棒
美國自駕，嚴(yán)格遵守交通規(guī)則，膽子要大，速度要快，時刻注意路牌和谷歌地圖。美國車一定要時刻把鑰匙帶身上，很容易鎖到車?yán)铮ㄕ鎸?shí)的教訓(xùn)?。?/p>
In airport SEA, EZ is instead of Europcar. The woman staff has no smile. I waited for her in front of the counter for 3 minutes. She saw me once she arrived at the counter then no eye contact even she describe the rental as a routine procedure, never.
Meanwhile, I rented the car many times in America & Europe. This time it was a worst & oldest car I ever rented, with 3 concaves. The car is over 30,000miles, fortunately no problems in 2 weeks rental periods.
