到店笑嘻嘻地讓我買了全保險，可是我之前在租租車已經(jīng)買過了。這點特別不爽。雖然客服有提醒不需要再買，難道不能和租車行就這點有更深刻的要求和限制嗎？畢竟去外國語言不是那么容易溝通，如果強制租租車客戶不需要買保險就沒那么多問題了。
