Virtually no queuing is required when I was at the counter.
I have reached out few times to query about license and record all received speedy response. I am looking forward zuzuche to provide more service for non local Chinese customer.
Pull aside and let other pass by if you drive slowly. Most roads are clearly signed and there should be no issue with Google map as GPS. Parking could be a little difficult in the central of Queenstown however you can try Church street / Earl Street where quite a number of parking slots over there.
