出了事故后拒絕給我換車(chē)，找了一堆理由，明明之前警察替我聯(lián)系車(chē)行的時(shí)候也說(shuō)可以去換的，而且辦理事故的過(guò)程全程冷臉，一副不耐煩的樣子。憑什么不讓我用車(chē)到結(jié)束？
能替我聯(lián)系溝通，盡量給我?guī)椭?，希望后續(xù)理賠也能順利。
塔斯馬尼亞的路非常不好開(kāi)，景色確實(shí)美。最后一天還遇到了碰擦和流氓，行程提前結(jié)束，Budget的處理很糟心，還在等賠償和理賠，并不像租租車(chē)要求的流程那樣，警察當(dāng)場(chǎng)不出任何報(bào)告或證明，希望后續(xù)不會(huì)有問(wèn)題吧。

1) the car is different from I chosen and expectation
2) when I went to check in and take the car, the amount that I need to pay is greater than the amount that printed on the reservation email’s receipt ( after deduction of kid car seat) - and I asked the staff for the discrepancy - she just asked me which agent company that I used and told me to contact zuzuche ! And further told me if not pay the new amount, I cannot take the car - it seem just the random price as they can change when I take the car , no matter what is the reservation details are !
