The return point is 3KM far away from KAPALUA airport, and the retun point is with very unclear signal around. The return point closes at 4:30 pm without any instruction about how to call a taxi to the airport. We were in a very worried mood then, luckily the guy in the nearby club helped us to call a taxi and we arried at tbe airport in time, this is supposed to be the resposibility of ALAMO. Very unpleasant experience.

昨天我們?nèi)ス{公路自駕后，到達毛伊島海濱酒店辦理完入住手續(xù)，半小時出來發(fā)現(xiàn)輪胎沒氣了，當(dāng)時拿說明書準備查查工具在哪里，把備胎換上，沒找到，想通過前臺服務(wù)員打電話，但語言又不通，交流不成，我們查了地圖開車到門店只需6分鐘，就小心翼翼的，慢慢開到門店，工作人員詢問后，開了另一輛車來讓我們使用，手續(xù)很簡單，很快辦理完，沒影響后續(xù)行程。我買了全險，加上Alamo是車行中大公司，所以，整個服務(wù)讓人感動，點贊
